Icona signs a penthouse and super penthouse in downtown Milan. The intervention involves an area of about 400 square meters, designed to accommodate a family of Italian-Israeli origin. This blend of cultures has enriched the project with nuances that embrace different tastes and styles. The concept was born, as usual in Icona signature projects, from listening to the needs of the owners and analyzing the context: neoclassical and contemporary styles meet and merge in a harmony of materials and colors, with wood declined in different essences, brass enriching the details with reflections and marble becoming the protagonist in key points of the house. Each decorative element is chosen to enhance the space and give personality, contributing to an atmosphere of refined and timeless luxury. The apartment has been designed from the presence of natural light and large green spaces: on the 1st floor, where the living and sleeping areas are developed, we find a large winter garden in which a palm tree of more than 3 meters and white pebbles overlook the living area: this promotes the well-being of the inhabitants who, in the greenery, find serenity and a feeling of tranquility even if only that to the view. It is on the penthouse floor that light reaches its peak: large windows, overlooking a vast terrace, allow light to enter freely, illuminating the kitchen and dining area. This space is designed to create visual continuity with the outdoors, making the home blend harmoniously with its natural surroundings. The project represents a synthesis of elegance and comfort, where every detail is designed to ensure the highest quality of living. The careful choice of materials and care in finishes make this residence an example of how to respond with style and functionality to the needs of a cosmopolitan family, which seeks in its home a refuge but also a place of representation.
